Shipping/ Return Policy

How long is processing, shipping and handling?

• Processing takes up to 2-7 business days (not all orders, just in case some things are out stock we like to give extra days just to be SURE.)
• Priority shipping takes 2-3 days with USPS. After receiving tracking email, the shipping activity will become available after 24hrs.

Are refunds available?

• NO REFUNDS EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Can you make changes to order after order is placed?

• Yes but you must call IMMEDIATELY after the order is placed, after 24hrs NO because we strive to process/ship orders out as soon as possible
